Our Sweep teams are made up of Masters, Competitive, and Novice Rowers.  You will have the opportunity to row in 4s and 8s.

Dates:

• Annual Membership - Regular Season (weather permitting): April 13, 2024 - September 21, 2024
• Head Race Season: September 22, 2024 - November 9, 2024

Practice Schedules for 2024:
Masters
Wednesday 6:00-7:30 pm
Saturday 8:30 am - 10:00 am

Novice  
Saturday 10:15 am - 11:30 am
Monday: 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Novice finish training on September 30th and then will have the option to join Masters or Competitive for the remainder of the rowing season.

Competitive
Saturday 6:30 am - 8:15 am
Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30 pm

Sign up on FitClub 24 hours prior to practice time.
​Please arrive to practice 15 minutes early to ensure that we are on the water on time.

Competitive:
Our competitive group includes people from fresh out of our novice program all the way up to seasoned racers. Focusing on technique, speed and conditioning, it's a group that likes to row in various races across Ohio. They row a competition-focused practice on Sunday mornings and Tuesday/Thursday evenings.  Competitive teams often schedule extra practices among team members.  

Masters:
Our masters group features an equally wide array of people as the competitive team. The masters team likes recreational rows around Portage Lakes, occasionally competing the SRL out of Cleveland. They row Saturday mornings after the competition group and Monday evenings.

Novice:
After completing our novice program, we would love to have you continue your membership by rowing in our masters and/or competitive groups.

Dues for 2024:
Annual Membership - Regular Season Rowing & Sculling: $560.00 (plus tax). *Late Fee of $30.00 will be charged if not paid by May 31, 2024*
Head Race Season: $100.00 (plus tax).
